Complaint registerd id 18855 dated 17.02.2012 S.B.A/C no9110100009733 . statement of my account not received till to-day when complaint registered tracker shows statement sent on 07.03.2012. balance amount after closing my account also not received as i requested in my regd.letter of nov.2011
