Non payment of dearness allowances on disability pension insteed of clear instructions of cda pension allahabad and rbi

Sir,

I am operating a saving bank (Pension) account with boi morar with A/c No 17329.since 01 Mar 1999. my DA allces are not being paid by my banker on disability pension inspite of clear instructions from CDA (Pension) allahabad and RBI India sixth pay importent circulars issued to all the PDA accordingly. Please do the need full.
