Dear Concern,

My self is Amit Verma and i am the custumer of Bank of India since ten year . my ATM card strucked in the ATM machine and I visited the bank so many time for my ATM card but I get no response from the bank. So kindly issue me a new ATM card and I have already summited the form to issue a new ATM card in my home branch on 25/01 and my account details are as given below.
