Lack of prompt service

The concerned person/officer of Bank of Maharashtra, Umari branch, Akola didnot issue me (S.B.acc.no. 20085437544) a cheque book on 20.04.10 eventhough I had submitted an application personally to him. Moreover, he has directed me to come tomorrow (Dt. 21.04.10) for getting cheque book. It is not only difficult and expensive but also painfull for the senior citizen like me. I, therefore, request to send me a cheque book by post at my residential address and hereafter prompt service be given to all the consumers to avoid harrasement. Thanks
