Subject, Complain against the recruitment process of Bank

Dear Sir,

I want to bring your attention towards a very serious problem through which we all the participants of bank entrance exam are suffering. Now I would like to tell you what the exactly problem is as we all know these days mostly all the banks for taking the recruitments conduct an entrance exam but this process is not at all transparent to us because for the same we don’t get mark sheet so that we can evaluate our paper or we can say our result too. And the time duration taken by all the banks for declaration of result as well as for the interview call is too long this time take at least half year and more. As we all know that our OMR sheets are checked through computers so we want know what are the reasons behind this unusual delay for declaration of results. If banks have some others works to do then they have to firstly employ some more recruiters for the same then only they have to think about any thing else means recruitment for clerical & PO post.

Sir we pay 200-300 rupees for the entrance exam. Than why can we get the evaluation mark sheet?

Sir I think this is very serious problem because many banks have made it a such type of business. Because they get amount from us.

And they delay in recruitment process like result and interview.

Than where do they use our money which they get from us?

Sir today all are the things are done through internet.

Then why are happened this such type of delay?

Sir I have no good financial position and I have also general category.

Please consider our problem. And take the suitable actions.
