Hi,
This is regarding with the false information and worst customer care service of Barclay Credit Card.
I am holding Barclay gold credit card. Company has blocked my c ard due to non trasactions in last six months also they are not allowing me to redeem my reward points.
This was not communicated at the time of applying for credit card. As well as this term and condition is not mentioned in the credit card kit recieved after applying for card.
Customer care of Barclay did not informed me about card blocking as this should be communicated to customer, so that I can redeem my reward points.
But I have collected 1350 reward points this means i have used card serveral times... right?
Worst service... false commitments... no complete informations.
