I booked a rail ticket for AC 3 tier but the services of 3 tier canceelled and got sleeper clas and the refund claimed was sent to the oxigen services by IRCTC on 21-11 the amount being Rs.692/- which has still not been credited in my account of Bhatia communication R, O, 11701767 inspite of so many reminders.
