Hi I am employee of Basil Lifecare and writing to you after putting in a lot of thought and discussing with my employer. It all started from Oct when the company started facing financial problem, as the VC Partner stopped paying any more funds to the company. The directors of Basil Lifecare never communicated to the employees about the same and kept silent. In fact they kept recruiting more employees and did not even bother to share it with new or old employees.
Basil Lifecare stopped paying salary to employees from Feb till date. In the month of Feb they informed that they are facing some problem with their corporate bank and kept delaying the salary. The directors never communicated anything to anyone about the company's situation. Till last Month (May), when the director (Mr. Sujeet Katiyar and Mrs. Rachna Agnihothry) told only few employee's about the condition and those senior employees left the organization.
Now the situation is that all the ex employees and present employee of Basil have not received salary. Kindly help us.
