SHOES FRONT SOLE TORN AND DETACHED

I have purchased one shoes of BATA Company some time 4/5 years back. The utilisation of the shoes are very less because of enough quantity.

To day after a long time, I have utilised said shoes but in the evening to my surprise, the sole of the front side of both shoes detached and torned and departed from the upper side.

Since there is a facility of web sight, I have thought to complain directly to you.
