All PTC sites are scams in as much as it will never ever work out that you can make any money from them
Interestingly enough when you google on Money train with the word scam then there are several sites which mention it is a scam in the cache of Google but when you click, have been taken down - this is never a good sign!
If you think of how many peeople would love to sit at home earning behind a pc and how many people have got scammed (or at the bare minimum disappointed because of time vs earnings) then I would urge caution. Never give any money in any circumstances, nor personal details.
