Sub: Supply of 60, 000 Bags PPC Cement
Dear Sir,
We are manufacturing Vitrified Ceramic Tiles unit at Gavasad in the name of Bell Granito Ceramica Ltd. Ta. Padra Dist. Vadodara, Gujarat for expansion of our plant, we had placed order for 60000 Bags (3000 mt) PPC Cement to your company Vide Purchase Order PRO-1009-0020 Dt.22.09.10 and on against we had given Rs.40 Lacs as advance and balance payment as per delivery shedule.
On 14th of this month We requested your company area manager Mr. Brijesh Vyas (Vadodara District-09099030619) to start the supply and balance amount cheque with delivery shedule, but he had refused to start the delivery & to received the balance amount cheque. as per our mutual understanding he had agreed to delivery the materials upto 31st octorber 2010 but now your company man is persuing to supply the materials up to Rs.40 Lacs only as we had given in advance.
Looking to gaint group we had made deal but we never expected this type of cercumtances create from your side.
looking to their internal problem for supply of materials we had requsted him to supply the materials as per their conviniant shedule and we also told your senior area manager (Ahmedabd ) & local area manager (Vadodara) that if you are unable to supply full quantity then supply up to 75% of our order atleast. but they are not ready in any terms except they are persuing us to take the delivery up to advance amount of Rs.40 lacs only. because our company is in expension period we need another 3.5 to 4.0 lacs bags PPC Cement within six month.
, So we requsted you to communicated to marketing dept to fullfill our requirement as they comitted.
We make hand for longer time. we hope you will do proper Justification in this matter.we wait for your early responce.
