Complaint against installation of equipment and payment processing

I wish to bring your kind notice that ‘BHAKTI DHAMA Residency’, guest house in vrindaban, has been running by us. We have a current bank a/c in HDFC, Vrindaban. the A/c no. 09422000000187, we had contacted for installation of equipment and processing machine through HDFC Bank, Vrindaban. Mr. Raghavender Kumar Dubey for Agra, whose mobile no. is 9935285367, came to us & completed all formalities of the application form & the agreement paper which was duly signed by us. Even he took all the required documents from us, approximately three months back. After that Mr. Raghavender did not contact with us. We tried a lot to contact him but all in vain. At the beginning, he assured in that our application is under process. But what is the real position even we do not. Finally we did not get any positive response.

As a result it gives in a huge loss in business along with troubles.

Kindly look into the matter, if it is not possible to install the equipment in our place then Mr. Raghavender should return the conditioned paper along with documents as early as possible. Otherwise we are going to close our banking transaction immediately.
