Subject: - Complain against the Branch office, BOB, Gopalpura Byepass.

Dear Sir,

I have many account in this branch:-

1. There was a cheque from PWD, Silvassa, in the name of E.C.Engineers, on 14th Sept it was send to Bank at 11:00, Anita madam refuse the take the cheque, at 1:30 when we tried to talk to Anita madam, she said “she is not in branch and please talk to branch manager”, Than it was send to Mr. Kala, he kept waiting the person carrying the cheque for half hour, whole address was written on cheque, still he said that write all the details of cheque. When we said that every thing is written on cheque. I wanted to talk Mr. Kala, but he refuse to talk saying that, he is not worth to talk, Than we called on his mobile and asked to take the cheque, than he forcefully took the cheque and it was cleared on Monday 17th Sept. Which made a great loss to us. While the staff was less even than Manager allowed Anita madam to leave at 12:00 noon. which created short of staff and customers were suffering.

2. We shifted all the accounts from Bank of Rajasthan to BOB only on the advice of Mr. Biyani, E.C.Engineers account was opened with the opening of branch, even than we are not still given any locker while we have made many request for that.

3. In absence of Branch Manager, if the cheque is of more than Rs. 50, 000/- than they say that it has to be put in the same branch from where it is issued, as they don’t have the power to accept the cheque of more than Rs.50, 000/- . once they have delayed my cheque of Rs. 1, 09, 197/- for 3 days. Which also gave a loss to us.

4. In May we applied for the facility for Net banking in account of Dr. Abha Garg, and debit card in Bharat Garg account. Till date we have not received the passwords of that. Anita Madam Say that Dr. Abha Garg has to come to bank to take password, while DR. Abha Garg is unable to come as her working hours are 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. We requested them to send by post but they refused.

Kindly look into the matter and do the needful. And inform us accordingly.
