I am using reliance pre paid telephone the no is 918822215858, from November. The service provider unauthorized deduct balance from my pre paid account. I had facing problem every two month. I had complain several time to reliance costumer care. They will assured me to solve unauthorized charges. But result is same from the next month. After a long period I have fad up. So that I am giving a complain in this way. So that I am thinking to withrow reliance connection, Or make me free from unauthorized charges.
