We have travelled many times in bhubaneswar rajdhani and we found many a time corruption agnaist govt., As there is a condition that each person gets a bottle of water after 20 hrs but we asked for more and after for the payment the bill but we the person told bill is not available we asked but he didnot gave. This money for water bottle may be kept by the person so it may be a corruption to govt.
