On 14th Aug at BIG BAZAAR, Kharagpur I want to purchase a Pressure Cooker which displayed value was Rs.399 after discount and also it confirmed by the sales person. But during Billing, they claimed RS.479 after discount. When I asked for complain register, they dont reply.
