RS 175 for problem rectifying

Hi,

I am writing this with utter satisfaction of your service & technology.

i am with BIG TV for 15 months. Today afternoon all the channels are showing error message" signal Lost ". But Sun TV & VH1 are perfectly available. When i called Customer care they asked me to pay Rs.175 for rectifying this ISP issue.

why should i pay for Your problem. if there is anything wrong with my dish, how can i get SUN TV & VH1???

More over it's looking like a cheating. you people are creating problems by your side and asking me to pay for that. i never expected this cheating attitude from RELIANCE (a brand recognised by all). i really shame on Relaince BIG TV. The service pay is equal to one month subscription pay.

i am really planning to dicontinue your service. i hope there will be somany people facing the same kind of issue.

Even i have TV worth of Rs.14000, the company service charge is Rs. 150 only. i never expected this cheating attitude from Reliance Big TV.
