Dear Sir,

It beg to state that I Binay Kedia having an saving account in your bank from last three years. i had open it in this bank as it is a CBS banking system all over the world but last fews i am facing it a problem, i have my account with burrabazar branch and my office near hatkhola branch but when i going to take services like cash deposits and withdrawal, pass book updation etc. the basic need of any account holders from hatkhola branch they simple deny to do it as the account do not belongs to there branch and when i am asking why don't they do it as the branch is a CBS so they told me that if i am having problem so close the account the bank they don't need such customer who argue with them and trying to teach them there duty. infact i am having 8, 10 account in your bank and its very difficult to every time to my base branch.

so i request you to please look into the matter as early as possible.
