Insurance claim delay

Hi,

I hold a Health insurance of Birla sun life. My claim has been approve since last 4 months but the TTK guys have not been sending me the amount.

All Birla Insurance claims have been handled by TTK and its a hell. The call center guys just respond by saying " you will get the check in 2 days". Since last 4 months this is what is happening. There is no point of escalation that is available.

I believe it was a grave mistake to have invested in this policy. I am penning down my complain so that it serves as an eye open to other current and future policy holders.
