Cheque not match for my account

Dear Sir/Madam,

my previous employer is birla sunlife distribution ltd, egmore, chennai.i received the SBI cheque but my company A/c is closed so that i cant able to deposit the cheque to HDFC bank, madipakkam, chennai.so i returned the cheque to kandivali office, Maharashtra.with current bank Details and proof through register post but i didnt get my claiming.ch.no.693047 & 472592 SBI bank.kindly take necessary step as soon as possible.
