Redemption Issues

I have given a redemption request for my insurance on April 3. I have not received the amount till date. When I email or contact their representative they come up with excuses that the quality of the scan copy sent from their branch to the head office was poor and it will take another 10 days. This is not my fault and when I ask them to email me this reason for the delay they refuse.

My honest advise for potential investors would be to stay away from this company.
