Non recieval of Claim

Dear Sir,

This is wrt my Insurance Policy No. 00747182 in name of Mukesh Kumar. I was supposed to recieve the refund of my lapsed policy, but till date I haven't recieved the same while the company insists that they have already paid an amount of Rs. 6039/- to me. Please intervene.
