Reset of my Company Password

My name is Mr. Lohit, I did joined Birla Sunlife Insurance Co Ltd, Tinsukia Branch on 26th Aug My Agency Manager Code: AZ7849 and my Employee Code is 41478.My problem is that, within the first ten days I forget to reset my Password against the company Email being Provided to me, and now as my password is being reset by the concerned authority, I am unabling to log in to my Mails.
