Worst courier service

Hi, my name is Saumya Srivastava. My credit card was to be delivered on 9th of june by the Blue Dart courier. Then I was been told that I was not available at my office that it why it was not delivered whereas I was at my office. This continued for another 4 days, daily I was been told that your package will be delivered in the respect of PRIORITY. I am literally pissed off by the worst courier service I have ever seen in my life. I am also marking a mail to HDFC not tot send the packages by Bluedart who doesn't understand the meaning of service and urgency. My order no is- 42890682704. The branch office where my package will come is in noida sec-63 which is just 10 kms from my office in sec-3. I expect some strict action should be taken in this context.
