Blue Dart Courier
Refusal to give the Credit card at the concerned address

Hi Blue Dart/Consumer Complaint,

I should have received the credit card on 9th May. But the blue dart courier people, without come to the mentioned address as well as without callin the given phone no in the consignment and also without asking security/admin at my office gate, they have put the status as extn needed. But there is the extenison and mobile number also present in the consignment. When I have called up the blue dart courier, they are giving the worst weird answers. This is the huge embarassment to me from Blue Dart.

And also they are not accepting my complaint that blue dart has done the mistake like this.

I dont know why they are running the courier company.
