BMA Stock Pvt Ltd
Making fool by giving fraudent statement

This is neither stupidity nor non-senseness, it is absolutely an irresponsive and untrustworthy practice performed by BMA executive toward client.

An executive named Mr. Avisekh Bhowl of BMA cried to save his job and approached me for opening an account couple of weeks back. I sympathized and trusted him. This ignorant and unaware employee of your organization asked for a margin money. He requested me to keep up five thousand rupees fund in his organization and carry out trading. My hard earned money has been remitted from my bank to BMA as per the direction. In this due course I spoke with a broken voice over the phone to his manager (Mr Pushpak Banerjee) and he has given me an email which stated money funding table. There wasn’t clarity of the email communication as such.

After few days when I started enquire about my trading I stumbled down because of scathing news. A back office executive said there is no money deposited as margin money in my account. Thereafter I was trying to establish a contact with the executive who fetched my application. But he changed the phone numbers which were given to me. I was compelled to phone the manager (Mr Pushpak Banerjee) and he backed out of his remark and said “No” to me. He stated that the money has been transferred as “Advance brokerage Scheme”.

I supposed to pay a penalty for believing someone of BMA. The mistake I committed to believe someone who was standing with a begging bowel. I would like to suggest to the governing body of BMA to keep up people who are knowledgeable and aware about the process. Because a customer believe in conveyed message and retain relationship with you for a long standing period. Fraudulent statements not only disrupt your brand values but it harms your growth in near feature. Every communication must have clarity and crystal clearness. That must be the fundamental ethics of the company.

I would like to request to the administrative bodies of the organization to refund me back my five thousand rupees and close the account. I would never mind if you consume account opening charges nine hundred rupees for your process management. Or else I would also be obliged if you kindly transfer the fund as Margin money so I will enable myself to trade and whatever brokerage fees that would be deducted from my daily trading.

or else please refund my money back.
