Respected Sir,
An account holder Mr. Dhananjay Bahadur (Account Number 771091011000891) of Vijaya Bank, Luxa Road, Varanasi (UP)-221001 issued me a cheque bearing machine No. 450512 for Rs. 13710/-. I deposited this cheque in my bank account for clearance on 12 Feb. This cheque could not pay due to INSUFFICIENT FUNDS.
Now, I have to register a case against this customer for bouncing of issued cheque. I have writen 4 emails to VIJAYA BANK for collection of home adress of this Account Holder. Vijaya Bank Did not give any response to me.
Kindly help me in this matter at the earliest, whereby a case could be registered against him.
