On 13-10, I tried to withdraw an amount of Rs.20000/- from ATM No.3 installed in Main Branch of SBI Bulandshahr (UP) where our (Self and My wife) joint saving account has been opened. The amount reversed to the ATM but withdrawn slip for the amount came out of ATM. I made the complain in writting with SBI Main Branch Bulandshahr, but they did not give any satisfactory answer. I updated my account and found that the said amount has been shown as withdrawn from the account and simulteneously deposited in the account as reversed ATM amount. But surprisingly, the same amount of Rs.20, 000/- has again been shown as withdrawn from the account which has not been withdrawn by me. Due to this wrong debit of Rs.20, 000/- my balance account is less by Rs.20, 000/-. I have lalso odged complaint with consumer centre telepnonically on 18-10. My complaint No. is AT624614085.
You are requested to look into the matter and re-credit the amount Rs.20, 000/- back into my account which has erroneously been shown as withdrawn from my account on 13-10-10.
