Bsnl 3g prepaid
False charges against valu pack services

Dear Sir,

I have bsnl 3G prepaid connection mob no 9414464797. On dated 08/05 i have recharged it by Rs. 50. I have never asked you for any value pack services., still Rs 5 is being deducted daily for this. Pl. look into this and arrange to stop this unauthorized deduction & refund the deducted amount as soon as possible.
