I have taken a home loan at fixed 8% interest rate in 26.04. Loan A/c No: 10622306664, suddenly after two years my rate of interest raising from 8% to 8.25% without informing me. I had been complained regarding above to Manager (PBD) but in vain, then i lodged a online compliant three times vide CC-1282208389655 (19.8.10), Cc-1291108637192 (30.11.10) & CC-1308463297661 (19.6.11) but inspite of thanks for registering compliant I've not received the reason for raising interest rate or find the solution.
