MY CONSUMER NO IS GJVAL20080821851 . BEFOR 1 MONTH COMPANY GAVE ME " GAME ON DEMAND " FREE FOR 1 MONTH. BEFORE COMPLETING 1 MONTH I DEACTIVATED IT, ALTHOUGH IN MY LAST BILL THEY CHARGED 312 RS.BY WHICH PROCESS THEY CHARGE THIS I COULD'T UNDERSTAND. I KNOW BSNL IS IN LOSS, BUT THIS IS NOT A WAY TO CHEAT THEIR COUSTMOR . I WANT TO DEACTIVATE THIS PLAN OF GAME AND REFUND MY EXTRA 312 TAX = 413 RS.I HAVEN'T USE THIS EVEN FOR A DAY, THIS IS ATOTALLY CHEATING. PLEASE THINK BEFORE CHARGE THIS AMOUNT, WE ARE EARNING AFTER WORKING HARD.PLEASE GIVE JUSTISE TO ME.
