I cannot check broadband usage with the site http://www.data.bsnl.in for the past one month. All my sincere efforts in this regard have gone in vain. Hence, I made a complaint with Broadband Helpline No.1800 424 1600 that too has not yielded the desired result. Hence, this complaint.
Since I have opted for Home Plan C. After installation of broadband connection, on one month due to my ignorance, the bill for a particular month soared high. On a query, one gentlemen with the Tele Dept. taught me how to check the usage.
Now again the same problem due to non-opening of the site "data.bsnl.in, " I could not check the usage details.
I would earnestly request you to remedy the matter.
