I am being charged for the last couple of months under the a/c GAMES ON DEMAND which i never activated, only attended their call as they explained about the services. I have made calls after seeing the bill debiting my account Rs. 200/- to inform them i am not interestd, they said, it will be credited to my account. Now i am still being charged for the same, i am totally confused whats happenning @ BSNL i request you to pl. look into the matter and take immediate quick action to get back my money... thanks
