Dear sir
I don't know when I am subscribed the FOM video downloading fascility from my mobile phone. One day suddenly I received a message from the number 570071005 " thank you for the subcrition" as a matter.
I wondered, after some time five rupees deducted from my account. After that I received a service message from BSNL as Call charges deducted five rupees to the number 9447259327. Which number is my same. Sir how can I call from this number to the same number. So it is totally cheating. So I wanted to unsubscribed from this fascilty. For that I very much tried to unsubscription of this fascility from my mobile. But there isn't any option or wapsite for that. So kindly take appropriate action in this regards.
I allready given the complaint to BSNL which is numbered by KL2712095453
