Sir,
I am having BSNL phone 040-24050818 . Previously I have broadband connection and disconnected after one year use. Now again I applied for broad band connection and is activated on 28th of November. I am having my own modem. As this is old connection, no BSNL person has attended to any work for this connection at my door steps except activating at data centre. But, I was charged Rs.500/- as one time charges which was not disclosed at the time of applying for connection. I have given written compliant regarding this in BSNL office at Saroornagar, Hyderabad. But not responded so far. I request you to deduct the said charges immediately.
