i am srikrishna n my bsnl mobile no is 9481789389, from this no they deducted 25 rupees for caller tune activation but i dint activated any caller tune, after this i called bsnl customer care executive, instaed of giving me a proper informaton they spoke very arrogantly and they scold me...
