Dear Sir,
I am the consumer of BSNL bearing Mobile No-9438519326.While I am charging my account, I find some of balance debited by BSNL by using unusual or unnecessary messages / calls. I was totally shocked while I checked my balance on dtd.13.10.2010 which was deduted by BSNL of Rs.30/ by sending message "Thanks for using chat messenger. Your service has been renewed for next 30 days. Send STOPDAT to unsubcribe". As per my veiw this totally looting of money by using such type of messages / calls. The BSNL always deducting the balance without knowledge of mine while charging my account.
Therefore I request you kindly take strong action against them by which they will submit my account statement for last 6 months for verification & credit to my account immediately which was deduted without my permission and further not to send such type of unusual messages/calls to me.
