A messages came to my Inbox and showed that Rs.15 has been deducted for Chat messaging where as I never send any sms for chating. Uncessary charges has been deducted from 5588 every month from my mobile. After loadging complain at custormer of BSNL no steps has been taken and every month Rs.15 has been charged. While talking to Customer care people and asked them to stop this, they provide a complain no and said we will intiamte. Month after month this kind of thing happen and charges has been deducted from me. My complain no is 6316351 dt 30.10.10 I have complain the month of Sept-10 also but nothing has been done and in oct again Rs.15 has been charged
