I am individual landline domestic customer with broadband service. I shocked when I received invoice period 1/8 extra recurring charges ie; Rs 585.65 on account of LANDLINE TOLLFREE FACILITY.I availed only landline call waiting facility through BSNL Self Care login portal Which is free.. I don't know how this facility modify on my number [which is useless for domestic customer].
Confirmation about this modification was not done by BSNL Customer Care. I visited SDO Kalka, he removed this facility from my portal dated 26/10.
During this period ie; 76 days charges recurring from me.
I requested to BSNL please remove above charges as absoluttaly failure of BSNL CUSTOMER CARE CENTRE...
