Sir, I recharged my mobile no 9402624178 on 24 dec. The recharged T/ ID is 16669672. I have complen at customarcare of bsnl on 26 dec and complen number is 668995. Then I recomplen on 30 dec this no is 6711005. At list I complen three times. But blance is not received yet.
I shall be highly oblised to you if you kindly take action about my complen.
