Epeatedly charging sms messages sent to my mobile even after i told them not to send and charging money everymonth

Iam having prepaid mobile9994328580 .BSNl IS SENDING sms every day messages which they are charging me. I call them not to send the messages and also not to charge to my account, but still it is happining. i am a senior citizen pl help me in solving this problem. THANKING U BAGYALAKSHMI
