Problem caused to me in locating a locker a/c no-244 (locker no-4) in the name of late shri B.P.Mandal (ex chief minister bihar)
with due respect i state that my grandfather late shri B.P.Mandal had opened his locker in the SBI boring road branch.due to some reasons we could not operate our locker for last 26 years.now when we reached the bank to inquire about our locker, the concerned bank ifficer (chief manager, B.K.Roy) is saying that he is not responsible for such old cases.i have proper document regarding locker and also key no -3 of locker in my possesion.so kindly look after my problem...
