Echarge not succesful but money got deducted from bank

Dear sir,

i recharged my relative's mobile number 9414013100 for Rs.330 /- but it did not get recharge and balance got deducted from my bank account. My order number was 12175061 dated 22/12.

so, i request you to kindly check the status and reply as soon as possible on my mobile number 09899022929.

If u can recharge against this refund my own mobile number 0989022929 please do it. If it can not be done please tell me other source on my mobile number 0989022929.
