Since last 8 months every month i recd a message "THANK YOU FOR CONTINUING MONTHLY LAUGHTER CLUB SUBSCRIPTION PACK.YOU HAVE BEEN RENEWED AND CHARGE Rs 20/". In the first month I could not understood why my balance reduced by Rs 20/, .Next month when I recd the above mentioned message & my balance was again reduced by Rs 20/ I approached the BSNL office but the reply was not satisfactory & they tried to convince me that I have accepted the same but i have never accepted this proposal. However i request them to give me the address of the LAUGHTER CLUB" so that i may ask them about this cheating & get my 8 months charges Rs 160/. But I was shocked by their reply that they are unable to disclose.

Is it possible that the Service Provider"s customers are being looted & bsnl is helpless. I am the consumer of BSNL & I have legaly right to know where my recharged amt in mobile is going other than BSNL account.
My humble request to BSNL is to refund the cheated amt Rs 160/ within 7 days otherwise I will have no option but to take legal action.
