Dear Sir,
I have lodged complaint to Cellone office of Bhubaneswar against unauthorisedly deduction of Rs. 30/- in every week stating as the charges for last call vide my complaint no. F07OR611860 on 07.06.2011 and G07OR659290 on 07.07.2011 and in this context, a written complaint has also framed against BSNL/Cellone for the above on 13.07.2011. But, all the complaints are unattended. Still the problem is lying. I have not expected from the organisation (cellone). Since long, I am using the BSNL SIM bearing No. 9437306107.
In this context, I request you to kindly inquire into the matter and arrange for payment the Rs. 60/- which has been deducted unauthorisedly at an early date.
