I m a bsnl cellone customer user from jharkhand

presently i m in dhanbad

i m having no 9471301367 (bsnl prepaid)

auto subscription by company is being done and my balance has been reduced from rs 71 to rs 41 ..

even if no reply or call being made by me to company or any msg

1 msg frm company came about the subscription automatically ..

i had activated dnd (DO NOT DISTURB) too 2 months before ..

how is it possible then

i want my money back and no such complains in future

i hope to respond soon

i have called customer care many times but no response is given
