I called BSNL customer care on today morning. First time after a long hold the call has been attended by a customer care executive and then without any sound the call disconnected i think its cut from the customer care executive side. I called again, after a long hold the call has connected and a lady picked the call i asked her about the last call issue, by ignoring my question she asked me that what is my complaint. I asked her again about the previous call issue, the same answer again from the executive side. after this i asked her the name, then without answering my question she asked what is my complaint and she cut the call.

The attitude of the cc executive against me is very bad. I request a call back from the same person.
