Dear Sir,

I got a message "Thanks 4 Using Wap Subscription Service at 09-12 17:10.Your total cost is Rs.30". But the thing is I had never subscribed to any wap connection because I have the full access to internet in 99 unlimited plan of BSNL. and also I have unlimited net in my office.

When I call to the call center of BSNL (9437024365 At 7:37pm on 9-12) and explain my problem, the customer executive without solving my problem talked rudely and drop the phone. Again I called up and explain the same but they said wait... and I wait for 10min and then the line was drop.
