Dear Sir
Once i subscribe the Humshakal service from bsnl mobile. But after that i requested to unsubscribe the service by sending sms as per the directions from bsnl customer care. But again And again they used to charge Rs.10 monthly, by sending a message as 'your service has been renewd'. Kindly do the needfull to unsubscribe the humshakal service from my phone, as i unable to paid the unauthorized charges.
