Sir, My telephone no. is 04212476797, and i have the problem of very disturbing noise, humm, while i receive a call on the phone, i have made a complaint regarding this and the docket no. is 13092320003 and the comn ID is the same, were the problem is not yet rectified., for the past 2, 3 months. Will it be got corrected or not asap.,

What can i do next, how much time we customers to be patient with these services.,
